(Includes Mulled Wine Reception, a Soup, Starter,
Main course, Dessert, Coffee or Tea, and Mince Pie)

Soups

1. Cream of Roast Parsnip & Thyme Soup (V)

2. Irish Seas Seafood Chowder with dill & Jameson’s cream

Starters

1. Oak-smoked Salmon Cones stuffed with Horseradish cream and served with Salad, Lemon Wedge, Capers and lemon & dill dressing

2. Chicken Liver & Pancetta Paté served with Tara’s Own Red Currant Chutney

3. Sun-blushed Tomato Salad of Mixed Leaves & Seeds, honey-roasted Pecans, Dried Cranberry, and Cashel Bleu Cheese  (V)

Main Courses

(Served family style with warm breads
and heaping bowls of potato and seasonal vegetables)

1. Traditional Turkey and Ham with chestnut stuffing, cranberry sauce, and all the trimmings

2. Succulent Rib of Beef served Au Jus
with a creamy Horseradish Sauce

3. Oven-Baked Rainbow Trout Almondine stuffed with medley of Wild Mushrooms and Spinach, then sprinkled with Toasted Almonds 

4.  Goats Cheese and Vegetable En Croute 
Mushrooms, Spinach, Chestnuts & Peppers with a Creamy Leek Sauce  (V)

1. White Chocolate Parfait
2. Baileys Baked Cheesecake with Cranberry Compote
